This dish is easy to prepare - mix all ingredients (and salt and/or pepper to taste) and marinate with chicken for 10 minutes up to 24 hours before (refrigerate if marinating more than 20 minutes). For Honey, note that 1 tbsp = 3 tsp (i.e. 2/3 tbsp = 2 tsp). Feel free to substitute seasonings to taste.
Recommend preparing this for a family or, for multiple meals to be used in salads, with pasta, veggies and more.

Since the original recipe submitted by JOEKNEE had ingredients that were higher in carbs (i.e. fat free HH, carrots, turkey), I tweaked it and brought the carb count down some! Remember to calculate Net Carbs (subtract the fiber count from the total carbs) to get the true # of carbs.Submitted by LILI0409
I modified this from the Ellen Show (10-05-10). Made it for the Superbowl and put it out with the "other" queso. It ran out first. It's a great faux cheese for nachos. The uses are endless. You can add anything to it... Don't forget to add your chips to your tracker. ;-)Submitted by AMBER353
