Easy to make, high fiber, and no grains of any kind. Great for a low-carb diet or just a flax fanatic like myself!Submitted by KRAVMAGAGIRL
When visiting my friend Shelly, we took a long walk to the local farmers market and bought a variety of fresh summer squash and carrots. Since I love pan frying veggies and garlic, I thought we'd give this a try. It was super yummy, possibly higher in fat than I would like but you can use less olive oil.Submitted by DENA914
Here's my recipe for primal chips or fries (depending on how you slice them.) This is based off of a recipe from 150 Things to Make with Roast Chicken by Tony Rosenfeld.
If you're not "Primal to the core" you could add 1 teaspoon brown sugar to this mix.

A very delicious variation on chicken salad. Using Dijon and honey in the dressing make the difference. It's great to make a whole batch and just eat on it all week. Super crunchy, super good, you'll want to serve this at all your brunches and lunches.Submitted by ANNETTEBELISLE
