I got this recipe from the Mayo Clinic website. I was looking for heart healthy high fiber foods for people with high blood pressure and colon problems. This is our family's favorite meal. Delicious, full of wonderful flavor and color. It looks complex, because of all the ingredients, but is really quite simple to make. I cook the chicken, pasta, peppers and sauce at the same time. If this is too much work, do in stages.Submitted by KEEYAHWE
