Awesome meat-free, protein and fiber packed filling for tacos or burritos. Can also be eaten alone with a little fat free sour cream and cheese on top. Adapted from ANEWONE's lentils and rice recipe.Submitted by FAELFE
Despite the fact that this is perhaps the girliest guacamole ever, to the men out there, try it. I guarantee you that it is extremely tasty. No time to cook? Try this quick little number! Nothing fancy, but it gets the job done and sure beats a bag of potato chips, nutritionally! ;-) [Created 2007-09-05.]Submitted by CURVES_N_CURLS
I got this recipe from the Mayo Clinic website. I was looking for heart healthy high fiber foods for people with high blood pressure and colon problems. This is our family's favorite meal. Even the kids love it. Try adding fat-free refried beans, serve it on the side or on the fajita.Submitted by MMORGENSON
Delicious, full of wonderful flavor and color. It looks complex, because of all the ingredients, but is really quite simple to make. I cook the chicken, pasta, peppers and sauce at the same time. If this is too much work, do in stages.Submitted by KEEYAHWE
