Original recipe called for 1 tbsp red wine vinegar... I didn't have any so I substituted for balsamic vinegar.Submitted by CAROLA2003
pre heat oven to 425/450 depending on oven
mix in large bowl 3 lb hamburger, 3 large eggs, 1/2 cup oatmeal and 2 small 2-3 cans of tomatto soup.
grease bottom of loaf pan/ baking pan with non stick sooking spray
our 1/4 tomoatto soup onto bottom of pan
add meat loaf mix to pan and pour remaaining 3/4 soup over mixyture completly covering it with the soup.
bake in oven on center rack for 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours.
meat loaf if done when meat in center has no remaining pink.
