If you want something else to dip your chips or veggies in, this is a spicy change from typical dressings or dips. This is definitely for garlic lovers. Some hints are given in the instruction for making this recipe versitile and still remain healthy.Submitted by TRUEBLU4YOU
I love tandoori chicken, so the last time I had a whole chicken, I decided to just roast the WHOLE thing in a tandoori marinade. Note that the cayennne, hot peppers and black pepper are optional - use one or more as desired.
The recipe here uses a skinless chicken - the fat and calories will be MUCH higher if you leave the skin on.
The foil is essential if you don't want a dried-out chicken - remember that this is skinless chicken!
Each serving here is the traditional quarter chicken (breast and wing, or leg and thigh) - probably enough for 2 individual 3-oz servings, so keep that in mind when you look at the nutrition information. :)
You can use the same marinade and just coat 4 chicken breasts or 4 leg-and-thigh pieces instead, if you prefer a quicker, less messy preparation.
I made this guacamole to impress my future Latino/Italian in-laws. (It worked!) It's so easy to make, yet the tastes are complex and packs a fresh punch - whether or not you make it for a football party or for a party, this will disappear in minutes! Guacamole from stores and restaurants haven't tasted the same since!Submitted by KITTYROXX

I love black beans, and I threw this together in a minute in my food chopper. It's just one can of black beans with a few spices added in, then ground up. I put it on Triscuit crackers and it's wonderful!
This can also be used to make "black bean pizza" when put on whole wheat bagels or bread or rolls, topped with cheddar cheese and baked until cheese melts.
This is a super yummy, super easy recipe that is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. They are very rich, so you only need 1 or 2 to satisfy that craving. After you've made this flavor - its easy to find other flavors - just mix and match the flavor cookies and chocolate (ex: PB cookies and dark chocolate, etc) - just be sure to recalculate your calories. Can be made with Neufchatel cheese too. Calories are usually a little lower, because I don't usually use all of the chocolate, but I calculated with the whole bag. Calculate your nutritionals based on how many balls you make. I usually make about 100. Great for parties - especially at Halloween - and great to make for gifts.Submitted by KMNOEL
