I love black beans, and I threw this together in a minute in my food chopper. It's just one can of black beans with a few spices added in, then ground up. I put it on Triscuit crackers and it's wonderful!
This can also be used to make "black bean pizza" when put on whole wheat bagels or bread or rolls, topped with cheddar cheese and baked until cheese melts.
This is a super yummy, super easy recipe that is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. They are very rich, so you only need 1 or 2 to satisfy that craving. After you've made this flavor - its easy to find other flavors - just mix and match the flavor cookies and chocolate (ex: PB cookies and dark chocolate, etc) - just be sure to recalculate your calories. Can be made with Neufchatel cheese too. Calories are usually a little lower, because I don't usually use all of the chocolate, but I calculated with the whole bag. Calculate your nutritionals based on how many balls you make. I usually make about 100. Great for parties - especially at Halloween - and great to make for gifts.Submitted by KMNOEL

The night before you intend to make this you need to boil your chicken on med to high for 2 1/2 hours. Let chicken cool and then place in fridge. The next morning you need to take chicken off of the bones. Use your hands this will help you take out all the little bones. Then take the shredded chicken and place in a crock pot or stove to pan. Add Cream of chicken soup(1 large can), and chicken stuffing(1 box). Let cook until chicken hot. Serve with hamburger buns or on pita bread.Submitted by ELUCIER02
