The first time I tracked down a recipe it started with "take 100 pounds of beef..."! I have reduced the amounts, but the ingredients are authentic. Serve with flour tortillas & Juchipila Mexican Rice.
This is a typical Korean meatball that can be eaten with rice or in a sandwich with lettuce or a salad with bean sprouts and broccoli. It can be a great appetizer or party food. Kids love it and it's low fat. You can add your own combination of minced vegetables to mix it up.

Will serve a whole crew! I served 4 adult women and 2 adult men and a 16 year old "food pit" and still hade a huge bowl of left overs. Could easily feed more if you add a bit more meat.
