This is a super and quick and beautiful meal- and no one would believe how easy it actually is. It may seem overly high in sodium and fat-- But it's actually loaded with healthy omega fats and protein. It does run a little high in sodium and I would not make this for anyone on a heart restricted diet. But don't let the 14 grams of fat put you off- it a good fat.
