Pulled Pork - slow cooked bbq

this is incredibly tender... tangy... my whole family CRAVES it... a 3oz serving should be plenty on a whole grain roll or some flatbread or a pita... DELICIOUS!

a 2 1/2 lb boneless pork shoulder makes about 14 3oz servings.
