You can change up the bread or use a different cheese, such as Havarti. Remember to change the calorie amount, tho. Or you could add some spinach leaves and put it in a wrap.
This is great on a sandwich, in a tortilla wrap, or very low carb in a lettuce wrap.
I suggest italian crusty rolld. The sandwich is best served with fresh onions.

For this recipe, I used Bodacious BBQ sauce, available at Bodacious BBQ in East Texas. I also used La Victoria Thick & Chunky Salsa, medium.
