mix egg, ground beef, 4%, bread crumbs and Hidden Valley Seasoning mix packet -- make 6 patties. Mix the veggies and place on each piece of aluminum foil. Place a patty over the veggies and fold the foil to make little pockets. Place all aluminum packets in the oven. Bake for 50 minutes in 375 degree oven.Submitted by ISA858
