Trim fat from roast. cut roast if necessary to fit in a 3 1/2 to 4 quart crockery cooker. Add waater, vinegar, worchestershire, cumin, and chili powder. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 10 to 12 hours or on high for 5 to 6 hours. remove meat from cooker, discard cooking liquid. Using two forks, pull meat apart and return to the cooker. Stir i sauce. Cover and cook on high heat for 30 to 45 minutes or until heated. 404 calories. 12 g fat. 0 fiber
