"This is a simple and delicious recipe. These are really good - any cooking method may be used, and they freeze very well. The recipe can also be used for meatballs or meat loaves."
Similar to stuffed tomatoes without the torture of digging the inner tomato out

Low Fat Creamy & Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas - 4 WW PointsPlus/serving
This is also great if you do 1/2 chicken and 1/2 shrimp. Green Beans are awesome in this dish and I don't even care for them normally! Makes a great one pot dish, better than take out! This is a double recipe and freezes well - I make some for dinner and freeze the rest into lunch or dinner sized portions and reheat in microwave once thawed. YUM!
This is super easy and budget friendly! I got this at my wedding shower and it has been great for quick and easy dinners!
Super easy to make for when you need something simple and fast, One dish, less than 400 cals and very filling. The only down side is this dish contains a lot of sodium. In my personal experience I can get away with the sodium every now and then, but I know not all diets allow that, so you could always omit the Steamfesh bags and replace with regular rice and veggies to solve this issue, just more prep involved.
This is an adaptation of a recipe from a Williams Sonoma Food Made Fast cookbook. I usually use a bit less dressing a pasta and more spinach.
This is a simple low carb chicken parm that has no breading and no pasta, but it is still really delicious!
In Tucson there's a Jordanian restaurant called The Shish Kebab House. There is a dish there that I absolutely love. It's called Oozie or Ouzi or something like that... pronounced oo'Zee (yes I know it's not a dictionary format.)
