Our favorite vegan version of an oil free veggie burger. Delicious served with sliced tomato, onions, lettuce and ketchup on toasted whole grain bread. Leftovers can be heated in the microwave but these burgers are even good as a cold sandwich for lunch.Submitted by MEMCPHEE

This is a very adaptable base bread made from coconut flour for those of us who are avoiding wheat, standard flour, or gluten. To adapt simply add ingredients that you would to any other bread recipe. For example, to make sweet add cinnamon and raisins, or dried cranberries.
