preheat oven to 300. Separate eggs. Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until they are stiff. You should be able to hold the bowl upside down when they are ready. Mix the egg yolks, cream cheese, seeds, and baking powder. Gently fold in the egg whites, you don't want to lose the air in it. Put 6 "oopsies" on a sprayed baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
