This dip is amazingly versatile. We eat it on chips, melt it on tortillas for quesadillas, eat it as taco filling, wrap it in tortillas as a burrito or enchilada, etc. I am sure there are plenty more uses that we haven't thought of, too!

This is a set it and forget it banana bread recipe. If you crock has a programmable timer you could make it before bed and wake up to the sweet banana bread aroma. MMMMM good.
