From Eating Well Magazine, October 2009. These need more time than the recipe called for, so play around with it. They also need more flavor, I'm thinking a little cayenne? I did use the 'no salt added' can of beans, so that may be why they aren't as flavorful as I had hoped.
They are a filling snack and easy to throw in your purse, though, so play around with the flavors and the cooking time and see what you come up with.

Make this in a blender. Put frozen blueberries in with a little fresh grated ginger, one cup of ice and one cup of water. Blend. Add one banana. blend again. Taste. add more water if necessary. You may like less ginger. THis is very refreshing.Submitted by SWALIS
