This is a hamburger vegetable soup that is quick & homemade. It is quite high in sodium but, you can use low sodium substitutes where possible to cut down the salt.
*It's also good if you add cabbage and/or potatoes to it and adjust the cooking time.
I wanted soup and had never made it before without opening a can of Campbell's so I tossed this stuff in the pot and it was pretty good. I added a little extra salt to mine because I wasn't feeling good and I was craving the salt but I'm sure would taste just fine with no extra salt.
