A light, chocolate cake roll recipe from Creative Cook's Kitchen, filled with Dr. Oetker Chocolate Raspberry Mousse. The mousse is prepared separately with 1 cup skim milk, which is not expressly listed above, but included in the calorie count, I believe.Submitted by FINEARTFAN
I was at the store and couldn't resist buying some beautiful squash while I was there. DBF loves pies so I made him this special treat. It was very well recieved and I can't wait to make this during Christmas when I go home to see my family. It takes a long time to make, but it is worth it. I hope to upload a photo before it's all gone.Submitted by MARTYRED4LOVE
after reading all the nasty articles about chemicals in the can coating of canned soups, I prefer not to use canned soups. So here's a version of the classic recipe from scratch. I just used what I had on hand. The calories may seem high but this also includes a serving of vegetables and is intended as a single dish meal. Also I used only the dark meat because that was what was leftover from Thanksgiving. I do not use salt in my cooking as I prefer to salt at the table.Submitted by AMYNYNJ
Please try to make these at least once! Simply get your ingredients chopped and prepared and then lined-up in a production line. Then roll away!! These are SO good and extremely healthy for you! Easy on the dipping sauce, a litle dab-ill-do-ya!
Add "boiled" shredded chicken for an extra punch of protein.
