Holiday Pumpkin Pie without the Pumpkin
Makes its own Crust
I reduced the sugar and used fat free evaporated milk. I used two whole eggs so the texture is the same as "regular" pumpkin pie.

This is an easy to make and bake pumpkin pie, best of all using fat free milk, egg whites, and low fat pie crust cut the calories and fat more than in half!
