I put these on my blog a while back and they have become one of my favourite uses for the okara leftover from making soymilk. If you don't have a soymilk machine though, you could substitute whizzed up cannelini beans.

This is a classic recipe and one of my favourite soups. Very low calorie and very tasty. Although there's similar recipes here on SP, I like to add some lemon juice for some acidity in what otherwise is a very sweet soup.
