Healthy Appetite with Ellie Krieger Recipe

Easy to make: mix 2 cans of light tuna (drained) and mayo, with salt and dried oregano, and enjoy on a whole grain toasted bread or on a salad leaf. I add 15 or so pine nuts. Top with your favorite veggie. I love marinated beets or cucumber.

Marinated in a light lemon vinaigrette - delicious!
