This is a Food Network recipe from Paula Dean. Very easy, very flavorful. I serve it with brown rice and broccoli that I microwave in those steamer bags.
This recipe is from Cooking Light. I changed a few ingredient amounts and used vegetable broth instead of chicken broth, which I had on hand. Also, their nutritional info included white rice, but I served mine with brown rice.
Craving chips and dip? Try these instead! You can also add any spices you want - onion powder or garlic powder both work great. I imagine oregano might as well, or if you're in the mood for sweet instead of salty, maybe a little finely ground cinnamon sugar would be just the ticket! I brought two batches of these to Easter dinner last spring, with a bowl of homemade hummus to dip them in. There were none to bring back home!
Delicious take on an asian salad I had a long time ago - sweet, salty, crunchy - great change from regular salad. Sometimes I mix this with spinach and regular iceberg salad for a real pick me up!

Using packaged broccoli florets and jarred minced garlic will help you cut the prep time for this recipe. If you have extra time, let the chicken marinate in the soy sauce mixture for 30 minutes for added flavor.
