This fast and easy side dish goes well with any meat entree. Or you can add strips of chicken, beef or pork to make it a quick, complete meal.
This recipe is loosley based on the recipe "Asian Broccoli Chicken with Cashews" by Kraft Canada. I made it tonight for my family and it was a big hit. The large variety of colourful vegetables means lots of different vitamins, minerals and antioxadints
