Crammed full of protein, I use this to replace brakfast or lunch. Some ingredients sound terrible, but you can't tell they are in there.
I also added 1/4 tsp guar gum (it makes it raise up instead of being flat)
I also added 2 tsp. Maple Extract
These things were not in the option of things to add.
Put these in the freezer for a quick, nutritious breakfast. Great for on the go kids too!
You can add more to this (my grandmother always used dried milk and coconut and almonds or other nuts), but this is a super simple granola recipe with maple syrup. If you don't have real maple syrup, don't use fake - just use honey. A serving is 1/4 c.
