Great running fuel. I start off with 2 about 30 minutes before, and then mid-run I'll chew another one or two.
Can also be made with all semolina--use 4 cups. I use the bread machine. Makes a big loaf, use the cycle for a large bread.
You could also easily do it without a bread machine.
I tweaked my banana muffins to try and make them a little less heavy than other recipes I have tried. This is what I came up with.
