Very healthy because of the inclusions of several nutritious powdered supplements. This recipe does not strive to be delicious, but rather nutritious. I have entered it because I have it often and enter it into my daily food diary on SparkPeople.com. I have not entered it as one of the ingredients, but a half tsp of powdered Stevia sweetener (at Trader Joe's if you can't find it) will sweeten this up.
