I found this breakfast idea in a Weight Watchers magazine and modified it. Next time I think I'll add a few tomato slices.
These whole-grain rich waffles are a filling start to the day. The waffles themselves have no sweetness. Feel free to add the toppings of your choice. My son likes his with country crock spread and sugar free syrup. I prefer mine with a few sprays of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter and a little honey drizzled over. No matter what your finishing touch is, you are sure to enjoy these hearty waffles.
