Boil Cauliflower in pot of salted watercook until tender crisp or 5 minutes. Transfer cauliflower to plate and cook pasta. Drain when done and add back Cauliflower to pot.
In saucepan melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in Flour and cook for 1 minute then whisk in milk and chicken broth and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes. Stir in cheese and whisk in mustard. Season with pepper. Stir cheese sauce over pasta and cauliflower
