This delicious little snack sandwich helps get in those veggies and maintains a low calorie count. This recipe makes one serving. However you will use the whole block of creme cheese. I like to use the whole block and store it in the refrigerator so that I can make the sandwiches more quickly at snack time.
Optional jalapeņo add as desired, not included in nutritional information. Good anytime meal.

A simple, fast and incredibly tasty meal. Try varying the A1 sauce based on your taste. I don't like having to much but a little will give it an impressively nice tartness. The other spices settle this down and bring out a remarkable flavour!
Very yummy. A great way to use up leftover bread, or even crusts! Very filling. Needs to chill overnight.
Easy to add salsa, beans, cheese, onions, etc - but don't forget to add the calories too!
I topped with more brown sugar to make a bit of a crunch, calories for this not included. Yummy on their own! And play with the flour mixtures, dry fruits and nuts!!
Basic shirred eggs, in individual servings. Eggs are baked in a ramekin. Warm and satisfying. Very easy to make multiples at the same time.

Delicious Healthy muffin that tastes very decadent. No oil or sugar used. Substituted pumpkin for oil in original recipe. Used Stevia in the raw in place of sugar.
