This chilled soup makes a wonderful appetizer or side on a hot summer day. Bright bursts of dill provide a pleasant contrast to the milder flavor of cucumber
add 2 large tbsp of oat meal to 2 cups of milk, add 1 tsp of olive oil, pinch of salt, 1/2 tsp of oregano, 1/2 tsp of chili flakes.
put on low heat to boil for 3 minutes.take out in a ready to eat bowl n sprinkle some pepper n grated cheese.
quantity enough for one person as breakfast /snack.
This delicious summer drink taste wonderful and, because there is no milk involved, has all fresh ingredients, (no canned fruit) it shaved off a bunch of calories!

This is a Summer favorite. It's soo refreshing. I like to serve it over a bed of lettuce. It's great as a side but also makes a satisfying entree. A serving is a nice cupful but for a potluck, a serving would be about 1/2 cup(so you'll get about 20 servings)
Pretty colors are added from red onion and shredded carrot. A small bit of olive paste or tapenade give rich flavor lost by using a mix of lower fat mayos.
I cut the sugar using sugar-free maple syrup and Splenda Brown Sugar blend. Still tastes like BBQ!
