This is a great alternative to mayo based chicken salad! Alter ingredients to your taste (I like extra pepper).
"This is a good freeze and eat later meal. It uses tofu, but you'd never know it! My whole family just loved this recipe! You can individually freeze the roll ups on a cookie sheet and place in a freezer bag."
This is a meal you can prepare ahead of time and then grill right before eating. It's perfect for fall when apples are in abundance.
A hearty filling and highly nutritious vegan recipe. Pairs well with basmati rice. Tastes wonderful hot right out of the pot, but even better in the days after as the flavours settle.

In trying to make a lower carb or low fat coleslaw, I tried several things including changing the mayonnaise, different vinegars and sugars. This is the best tasting I could come up with but still lower the carbs considerably from the original recipe I had been using from 13g carbs & 11g of sugar to 7.1g carbs & 5.7g of sugar. Nothing says summer like this fresh mango salsa! This is my go-to recipe when I'm asked to bring a dish to a party or BBQ. It's great on its own or with tortilla chips. Make a meal and wake up your taste buds in the winter months and enjoy this along with fish such as salmon or tilapia.
This salsa packs a punch and is full of healthy ingredients you can find at most grocery stores, and if you're lucky, at your neighborhood farmers market.
These are not exactly low fat but are very satisfying. If wanted you could use fat free sour cream and cheese. If you change the herbs, these are great with chilli.
