BiggBenn's Chunky Crockpot Chili
BiggBenn's Chunky Crockpot Chili

I threw this together for a good, healthy meal that will last a while. Makes approximately 10 serves, but I am not sure the exact serving size. I used a 6 quart crockpot. I like big pieces of stuff in my food, but make the pieces smaller if you like. Since I rinsed all the canned foods except the crushed tomatoes and the paste, the sodium content should be significantly less that calculated. Enjoy!

Oriental Green tea with citrus dressing/marinade
Oriental Green tea with citrus dressing/marinade

A wonderful light tasting dressing or marinade perfect for shrimp or seafood salad. I marinated the shrimp overnight. Great for chicken too!

Add ginger to taste, I put 1 tsp to start off with, but I added more in mine. Olive oil optional.
