Just like the real thing, only smaller and one third the calories, because they ARE smaller. The idea to do these was inspired by a friend who loves them, as do I. This is an easy way to make them at home, in limited quantities, so you won't go overboard. Make sure to share them with friends!

For those who can't eat wheat or any gluten products...this is for you!

You can substitute the Almonds with walnuts and also add any of your favorite dried fruit like raisins (I`m not big on dried fruit so I left it out of the recipe).
Bon Apetite!
Got this recipe from 'new dieter's cookbook' ended up really good, doesn't have that egg taste.
This rich Bailey's tiramisu is worth the work! Serve after dinner with Irish coffee.

Rich and light, lovely fresh tasting fruit cake...Warning: calorie and fat on the high side, but a piece of this cake is worth it for a treat or reward that has been a long time coming.
Tapioca comes from cassava plant and has been used for centuries in creamy puddings and sweet desserts. Tapioca contains no impurities so the delicate tast will not mask light flavors such as vanilla, peach or lemon. As a pudding Reese tapioca is divinely soothing when served warm and delightfully refreshing when chilled.
Not the healthiest, but you could definitely modify it by using applesauce or yogurt instead of oil
I love banana bread. But sometimes it can be a little dry. So on a whim I added cream cheese (since it does a good job when added to pound cake) and I have gotten rave reviews for this recipe. I hope you enjoy if you make it.
Favorite frosting for our family favorite chocolate cake. Recipe never fails!
A lovely little cheesecake type desert (or breakfast!) Low in carbs and calorie friendly, too when you just need a little something sweet. Also freezes well so you can take out one or two at a time, but store the rest.
This is a low carb low sugar (diabetic friendly) dessert. It's a good way to satisfy a craving for sweets or chocolate without having a lot of sugars. All sugars and carbs in this recipe are naturally present in the cheese.
It is great to eat as is with a spoon. But it could also be a great pie filling for a no bake pie; to keep it low carb make a crust using crushed nuts.
Make note of the serving size...it's just for 1/4 cup since that is the serving size for ricotta.
From Martha Stewart:
Plenty of people have their own go-to muffin recipe, but this light, moist rendition from Ellen O'Hara of Westwood, Massachusetts is hard to beat.
