Found a cool recipe to make your own sugar free Jello in any flavor, and I like my jello about finger Jello thickness but never liked the stronger flavor with this just add another TBS gelatin and bingo its perfect double the gelatin and pour in a sheet pan to make really firm finger Jello's
For the cookie exchange and holiday gifts. Not really for a nutritious dessert, more to give away 3-4 at a time to neighbors and friends. ~100 calories per cookie.
