Heat oven to 375. Mix sugars, butter and egg. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt (dough will be stiff). Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Drop dough by table spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 12-15 minutes or until edges are set. Cool completely; remove from cookie sheet.
I use this recipe to drizzle over sliced apples. I don't know what a serving size is - the recipe is 2500 calories total, so depending how much you use, you can make the conversion. Copied from cooks.com
