I make this tasty banana bread every Christmas. It's excellent to serve to a crowd, or wrap up the mini loaves and give them away as gifts. Brown sugar gives this delicious bread added flavor.
This tasty pumpkin pie uses a combination of stevia and brown sugar for a still-delicious, yet slightly lower sugar, dessert option.
I love rice pudding and for years attempted to reproduce the rice pudding I enjoyed when I was younger. Then I met my wonderful mother in law who on one Sunday afternoon served up that bowl of luciousness. After Mom stopped cooking it was my joy to take over the rice pudding recipe. My first attempt is filled with fat - 13.4g in a one cup serving, versus this new low fat version with only 1.3g of fat.
Give it a try, you'll love it.
It makes a lot and is a great addition to a family meal or any special occasion.
This delicious bread is low in fat and sodium, and is lower in sugar than most banana breads.... and it even has fiber! You might be surprised to find out that it actually tastes great!
This is a previous recipe I found and made some changes to make it lower in fat.

These come out moist and delicious, just like Vita-Top muffins, and they're only 120 calories each!
This is a cross between a Souffle and a custard. It has a lovely crisp crust and is very versitile. I consider this a breakfast item it could also be a Savory dish if you choose.
Diabetic New York Cheesecake to die for. Sugar free and only 4.7 grams of carbohydrate.
No one will ever know the difference.
I'm always struggling to get more protein into my diet and I love sweets, so this is a perfect way to get both without a lot of extra calories, fat or sugar. It also provides you with a couple of grams of fiber! You can use low-fat milk or Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk if you prefer. I also mix this with a cup of coffee for a mocha treat in the mornings.
