If you like pie for breakfast, this not too sweet mixed berry treat is great morning or night
These taste like cheese blintzes! The pancakes are so fluffy, tasty and are hubby's new favorite! Especially good with jam and/or fresh berries. Could also top with bananas and peanut butter. Healthy and delicious....YUM!
This is a simple recipe from The Philadelphia "Cooking With Philly" website. It goes fabulously well on top of my carrot cake; LM's Carrot Cake.

A lightly flavored cheesecake that's low in fat. Brownie recipe is mine and can be found searching under "Butavan Brownies".
I modified this Kraft foods recipe for Angel Lush Cake just a bit for fewer calories/fat per serving.
This cake is PERFECT for summer. Light and not TOO sweet, and served cold so it really beats the heat.
This no-cook treat is a quick way to satisfy a craving for chocolate and cheesecake.
A simple yet elegant dessert. The combination of sour cream with the sweetness of the brown sugar is absolutely addicting! My mother learned how to make this recipe in a culinary class she took when I was younger and it became a childhood favorite of mine. I just called it strawberry dip not knowing it actually had a name. Other variations include adding a tiny bit of orange zest or the juice of an orange, or a splash of Grand Marnier. I think it's perfect without. Serve this in a champagne or martini glass with a mint leaf for an elegant presentation.

This is a delicious custard pie recipe I found on line. I wish I could remember the website. So quick and easy to prepare. Do not use tofu packaged in water, it will be watery after chilling. (This is according to the author)
I love apple pie, deep dish apple pie, Dutch Apple pie and apple sauce, but none of the store bought items fit in my diet. So, I made a combination of all of them only without the sugar, starch or fat. I love my apples this way and have already shared the receipt with many friends. The picture shows the apple mixture on top of Eggo Waffles and fat free cream cheese, My favorite Sunday Brunch.
A tart, tangy dessert that satisfies your sweet tooth, but also your hunger, with oats and whole wheat flour!
All the flavour with a fraction of the fat! Only 180 calories and 3 g of fat per 1/2 cup serving and it actually tastes like ice cream...
I often eat cottage cheese as a high-protein snack before bed. I got a little fancier with it this time around, and made this decadent treat with no guilt!
This comes from the 1971 Betty Crocker Cookbook and is the best pumpkin bread recipe I have found. It makes great mini-loafs for holiday gifts.
