Had these for dinner and they were delicious, even my carnivores loved them.
We browned this sausage and then sauted some onions/bell peppers to go onto of this vegan dog....delicious! Experiment with your seasonings and come up with new varieties! We are making a mexican dog next time with cumin, jalapenos, cilantro, etc. We make a triple batch each time and freeze, then thaw out and use as needed.

ok- the mexican beef and rice was too high in calories for some- so I made it over- for about 1/2 the calories- removed the oil, added add'l 1/4 cup of ff cheese, and a larger jar of salsa kept this from getting too dry.
