adapted from another spark recipe which I couldn't find when I looked to add it to my meal plan so I entered it with the changes I made.
I was reading online about a Philippine recipe for pork chops. This is my modification of it. It was a huge hit with both the husband & the step child. And its pretty reasonable on the calorie side -- Enjoy!

This soup smells wonderful and the beans make it very filling. Try using different types of beans for variety. Lentils work well in there too. You could even omit the turkey sausage to make it vegetarian or just to cut the calories.
