I use a large coffee mug which is actually 2 cups. If you use a one cup coffee mug you would cut calories in half...Very yummy to help quench chocolate cravings!
This is the good old fashion hersheys cocoa recipe I substituted 1/2 the sugar with equal and used nonfat milk simply delicious
I did some cardio and just was craving something, but did not want too many calories but alot of flavor. I found some leftover berries and just mixed it up.
If I would have had a protein powder I would have tossed that in to up the stats, but this filled me up for a few hours with some bottles of water.
