This is from the July 2010 issue of Oxygen. It says to drink 45 min before an hour long workout. It is really good.
Made this eggnog because we don't drink any dairy in our house and the Christmas season without eggnog is just not right.
This makes a very big smoothie. You can easily make this a 2 serving smoothie.
High in calories, but keeps you full for quite a long time and is big enough you could make 2 servings from it easy. You could even leave the peanut butter out and drop the calories pretty significantly, but the protein would drop too.

To lower calorie count, use Splenda sweetener. Good source of protein and tasty.
This recipe is delicious. You may substitute the strawberries for any other berries or fruit.

AHHHHHH... this chilly mango treat is so good, you'll fall face over flip-flops for it!
This is my creative version of the Deluxe Moist Devil's Food Cake using cut up Nestle Crunch Jingles (bell shaped) folded into the cake batter before baking. Note: this is a good way to use-up candy left over from Christmas or another holiday.
One of my favourite things is that 'Goober' pre-mixed peanut butter and jelly. I just love the texture and flavor of peanut butter and jelly.
