This is a great Chai recipe with its own homemade chai mix. Although the spices are ground, they give the same effect as long as the spices are fresh. I would recommend trying to find a wholesale spice store so that you do not pay to much for the spices needed. This recipe can cost in excess of $45 for the first time buy of the spices.

Absolutely best recipe for mock Starbucks Frapp! And lower calories! I have tried others -too thin, added pectin for better texture (yuck!), etc. I make mine decaf.
