This is a simple recipe for homemade almond milk. To make this sweeter add another date. You can also add a tsp. of vanille extract or one vanilla bean for more flavor. This will last up to four days in the fridge.
put 2 cups of summer fruit salad in microwave for 55 seconds (makes it easier on the blenders blades).
Meanwhile, chunk up a medium sized banana and put in blender, add 1 cup of 1% partly skimmed milk (although I usually use the 0.5% milk) then add 3 tbsp of natural wheat bran.
Add fruit salad to blender, and blend until smooth.
