Anti-inflammatory juice combination that is very tasty AND costs much less than a similar product sold in the health food store.
Made it up as I went. Fruits can be substituted for any others, frozen or fresh.
A favorite since the '70s, the godfather is a simple mixed drink of scotch and amaretto.
Rich and chocolately without the trans fat from non-dairy creamer! I added the vanilla pudding mix just to see how it would be and was pleasantly surprised with the results (the Great Value instant vanilla pudding also has no trans fat) It seems to be the "secret" ingredient that gives this mix it's richness!

Note: Calories broken down: banana - about 108 calories (according to SP), protein powder has about 70 calories per scoop (used one), the carnation instant breakfast has about 130 calories per five ounces, and the peanut butter has about 190 calories per 2 Tbsp.
The finished drink makes about 14 ounces. I use this as only one serving, but you could make it about 2 servings (add more ice).
I picked up this little trick at an upscale hotel I stayed at last year. It's delicious and helps make the transition from sweetened drinks to water so much easier. It tastes just like plain water until the fruity aftertaste hits you! Use any fruit that you want. I like strawberries.
Taste and texture is similar to Starbucks green tea frappe! Frozen fruit offers a lot more nutrients than the ice and syrups!
Non dairy to eliminate casein which interferes with the green tea antioxidants.
