Great smoothie, easy to make, and very filling. Makes one large serving (20 oz +) or easily divided. I have tried many recipes with added sweeteners but the taste didn't work for me -- this was my attempt to create a smoothie without adding anything extra! Using the Diet Sierra Mist does give the smoothie some fizz... can add as much/little depending on preference of thickness of the drink. I have received many compliments on my skin/complexion over the past year (clearness, texture, few wrinkles, etc) -- berries do wonderful things for your body, inside and out! I also start the day with a burst of energy -- and am not hungry until lunch time.
