This can be made with or without the coffee. Both taste great. You can also use coffee instead of espresso by brewing it strong. So use the same amount of beans/grounds as you would for 4 cups of coffee, but using half the usual amount of water.

I drink this to get in all my fruits and veggies. I like it for breakfast. Drink with a straw, when the pulp gets too thick to drink, eat with a spoon, like applesauce.
