This is my version of re-fried beans, healthier option. I do not do spicy, but you can add pepper flakes, chili powder etc to this and it will still be low fat.
Did not add cinnamon, used apple spice seasoning.
Add a dash of agave nectar.
Used Bob Red MIll Gluten Free oatmeals
And Silk Almond milk
I modified this recipe on 03/25/2011 and cut the butter in half, still very tasty.
I had never heard of breakfast pizza before.... In a discussion with my fiance I said "well they make taco pizza how come no one makes breakfast pizza?" I proceeded to make my own breakfast pizza thinking I was doing something truly original....turns out I wasn't *truly* original about this but my recipe is very different then others I have come across....
This is easy to make and very filling. Use ground turkey or chicken for a lower cal/fat option.
A low sodium low fat spaghetti sauce. I rinse the hamburger under hot water to get more fat off it.
This is a light and easy desert, use any fruits that are in season. Do make sure that your fruit is fresh as this is what makes the dessert sweet.
