This dish is very flavorful and satisfying. I serve it over basmati rice. It can also be made in a slowcooker.
Usually a "bonnet" (aka jamaican) pepper is used (but i could not find it in the database); I would use olive oil instead of the canola oil she uses.
This is a dish my mother in law makes to serve along side her basic roti; it is delicious!!!!!
This soup is hearty and delicious! I always keep the ingredients on hand for it! It's fantastic to freeze and only gets better the day after it's made!

This is a great Indian-inspired dish that does not require marinating. It's great served over rice or quinoa. The curry leaves are optional. Curry leaves taste vaguely citrus-y and slightly bitter, they do not taste like curry.
I found this recipe on-line from The Hairy Bikers, original recipe submitted by Simon King & David Myers. I modified it slightly. You can make your own Garam Masala spice blend or purchase a blend from your grocery store.
I used Sprouted Mung and Not BOILED in this case, how ever u can make the same salad in Boiled form also.
u need to add green chilli, red chilli, and garam masala as per taste, and water if it dries up
