I'm going to try to make this recipe using no oil from now on and control portion sizes. For 8 servings the Weight Watcher's points are 4,5.
Use 2 pkgs of crescent rolls
separate and pat together onto a large rectangular baking pan
spread pasta sauce ovrt entire crust
top with 6 Tbsns bacon bits, mozzerral cheese 4 servings
Bake in a 425 oven for approx. 20 minutes, cut into six servings
Ridiculously rich - almost too rich for even a special occasion. Definitely NOT a SparkPeople recipe. But oh, so delicious. The peas are my own addition. Garlic and hot pepper are good, too. I've also added chicken.
This hearty recipe can be made during any season & is always packed with flavor! You can also make it in a pressure cooker (20-30:00) or crock pot (low/8 hours)!
